Store Hours:

Monday - Closed
Tuesday – 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Wednesday - 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Thursday - 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday - 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday - 12 noon to 4 p.m.

 

 

 

 

Resale Purchases

· No appointment necessary – We accept clothing, accessories and formals during normal business hours on the second and fourth week of the month.

· Every effort will be made to review your clothing when you bring them in. If this is not possible you will be asked to fill out an “intake” form so we can go through your clothing after hours and make you an offer.

· We pay cash for all items accepted (30% of what we can sell an item for). The amount we pay is based on condition, brand, style and demand. 

· We reserve the right to refuse items based on condition, current inventory levels or past experience.

In-store Exchange / Refund Policy

· Merchandise that has been altered, damaged or worn cannot be exchanged or returned.

· We will provide an in store credit for any merchandise returned. Merchandise may not be returned without a receipt and/or if tags are not attached.

· All sales final on cosmetics, nail polishes & earrings.

· All sales final on formals.

· All sale items, shoes, accessories, jewelry, clearance and anything marked "as is" will be final sale.

Merchandise Hold Policy

Merchandise will be held for 24 hours and then returned to the sales floor.

It’s all about being fashion focused and shopping smart!

Check Acceptance Policy

· Written for the exact amount of purchase.

· Imprinted with your name, address, and bank name; and you provide photo identification (driver's license, state-issued non-driver ID, passport, military ID).

· Returned check service fee: $25.00 or maximum allowed by state (whichever is greater).

· We do not accept starter checks, payroll checks, third party checks, business checks, foreign checks, or altered checks.

Gift Card Policy*

Use of Urban Renewal Gift Certificate constitutes acceptance of the following terms:

· A gift certificate is not redeemable for cash and is not valid if altered or illegible.

· Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Protect the card as you would cash.

· A gift certificate is not a credit or debit card, has no implied warranties, and cannot be used for payment of any credit or loan account.
